📖 Terms of Service

By subscribing to Shredprint Email Hosting, you agree to the following terms:

🔒 Acceptable Use

• No spam, phishing, malware, adult content, or illegal activity

• No bulk mail, newsletters, cold outreach campaigns, or mailing list-style sends

• Abuse will result in suspension without refund

⏱️ Sending Limits

• This service is for normal daily use — max 300 emails/hour per account

• Not intended for mass marketing, list building, or commercial mail blasts

💾 Storage

• 1GB includes inbox, sent, spam, trash, and all folders

• Additional storage can be purchased in 1GB increments

• We do not guarantee recovery of deleted or lost emails

🔄 Backups & Access

• Customers are responsible for their own backups

• Deleted emails are not recoverable

• Access is provided via standard email clients and webmail — no admin panel or root-level access

🔐 Privacy

• No content scanning or ad injection

• Basic logs (IP, headers) may be stored to prevent abuse

🔄 Cancellation / Transfer

• You can cancel anytime, but no refunds are provided after setup

• If your domain is managed by Shredprint, we will transfer it back to you upon request, but you will be responsible for future renewal costs with the new provider

No — email hosting is domain-independent. You must either point your domain to our DNS or transfer it to our system for full setup.

Q: Can I use multiple domains or create multiple inboxes?
Yes! You can have as many addresses and domains as you like. The only limit is your combined 1GB storage. You can purchase additional storage as needed.

Q: Can I send newsletters or mass marketing campaigns?
No. This service is not designed for large email sends or marketing automation. Use tools like Mailchimp or ConvertKit for that.

Q: Can I upgrade storage later?
Yes — you can add 1GB increments to your plan at any time for $15/year each.

Q: How do I access my inbox?
You can use any email app that supports IMAP/SMTP, including Gmail, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, and Outlook. Webmail is also available.

Q: What if I already use Shredprint Web Hosting?
We’ll use the same domain and handle the full integration between your site and your inboxes.

Q: How Does setup work?
After purchase you’ll be sent a submission form where you can outline the email addresses you’d like us to create for you. If you are using your own domain we’ll provide you with the appropriate DNS records – If you’re also using our web hosting plan then we’ll set this up for you.
