Q: Do you offer samples?
A: Yes, we offer 1-3 copies heavily discounted for sample purposes.

Q: Do you offer digipaks or other packaging styles?
A: At this time, we only offer classic jewel case packaging.

Q: Do you offer multi-page booklets?
A: We currently offer standard insert trays only — no multi-page booklets.

Q: Are the CDs packaged when they arrive?
A: Yes! All CDs are packaged in resealable, eco-friendly polybags at no extra cost.

Q: Is full-color printing included, or do you charge per color?
A: Full-color, inkjet-printed disc artwork is included in the price. No extra charges based on color count.

Q: I don’t have a barcode — can you provide one?
A: Yes! Just purchase the Barcode Add-On along side your order. We’ll provide a unique barcode and place it on your artwork before printing.

Q: What file formats do you accept for audio?
A: We accept WAV, MP3 (320kbps). WAV is preferred for best quality.

Q: What’s the max runtime per disc?
A: Each CD can hold up to 70 minutes of audio.

Q: Do you offer clear CD trays or other colors?
A: At this time we only offer Black trays.

Q: Can I submit different audio for each disc?
A: For bulk duplication, all CDs in a single order must contain the same audio. If you need different discs, place separate orders.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days after we receive and approve your artwork and audio.

Q: How do I send you my artwork and audio files?
A: After you place your order you will receive a download link to a PDF Document which will include a link to our CD Designer Tool and another link to our official submission form along with instructions.

Q: Can you help me with artwork setup?
A: Use our free CD Designer Tool to format your artwork correctly. If you need extra help, just reach out — we’re happy to assist.
